Mark Peacock began his legal career in the field of insurance defense, concentrating on personal injury, product liability and business litigation. Following this experience, he began representing injury victims and their families in catastrophic injury and wrongful death cases. Whether in trial or arbitration, Mark specializes in the field of Personal Injury, Wrongful Death, Product Liability, and Catastrophic Injuries.

Mark received his Juris Doctorate degree from the Santa Clara University School of Law in 1991, and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature from California State University, Long Beach. He is also an active member of the Consumer Attorneys of California (CAOC), Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles, (CAALA), Orange County Bar Association (OCBA), Orange County Trial Lawyers Association (OCTLA), and American Trial Lawyers Association (ATLA).
